I draw on my experience from holding Chief Executive Officer, Chief Sales Officer and Chief Commercial Officer roles in VC backed startup and privately held companies as well as an operational leader and entrepreneur to deliver results carefully matched to the clients’ needs without adding an inappropriate burden to their business. I would work closely with clients to define performance metrics and actionable plans that enable them to reach their goals.
Experience of working as a Board executive in a range of different organisations enables me to rapidly and seamlessly integrate with existing teams, assess quickly what actions are required and deliver immediate results and add value to the organisation.
I am able to provide interim assistance at executive leadership, Board or managerial level on a full or part time basis, for as long a period as required to deliver the desired goals. My experience naturally lends itself to strategic sales, marketing or product management focused roles, but I can also bring key skills and experience to operational and leadership roles.

Extensive Board and corporate governance experience, coupled with a large connected network across a wide range of markets enables me to deliver effective advice and support to the executive team, CEO and Chairman without interfering. Where necessary I am able to provide mentoring to Board members and an independent, external view as a counter to internal thinking.
